• A clean criminal record with a valid UAE driving license
• At least two experiences of driving specifically for schools having a reference letter from their previous employer.
• Sound driving skills in order to pass our own driving test. They are trained to respond effectively in case of any uncertainty on the road.

• Drug tests of each employee are taken randomly without any notice.
• A specific uniform is provided to all our staff members.
• A dedicated foreman is placed on every bus to ensure everything remains in order. He is also in direct contact with the control room.
